September. 20: Presentation on Commercial PACE – Property Assessed Clean Energy program and its benefits for commercial property owners on behalf of Los Angeles County’s Office of Sustainability. The County seeks to identify potential participants for a program to present to progressive communities.

October 18: IT Systemhouse, Inc. — new members on First Avenue will share the wonders and cost efficiency of converting to a digital workplace — everything from Internet telephones to using the “Cloud” for file storage and access to any of your work from anywhere.

Each breakfast also features fun raffle prizes and a presentation by a Chamber Ambassador to members who have renewed their Chamber membership dues on time. Breakfasts begin at 7:30 a.m. in the beautiful Santa Anita Golf Course Sunset Room, with a delicious and filling  breakfast buffet as dozens of attendees mingle and network.

The program begins about 8 a.m. with each attendee introducing themselves with a 30-second “elevator pitch,” followed by a 5-minute hello from Rose Hills, and then the featured speaker.
