Rosemead – Assemblymember Ed Chau (D-Monterey Park), in partnership with the San Gabriel Valley Water Company and the California American Water Company, will host his Sixth Annual 49th Assembly District ‘Operation Gobble’ Turkey Giveaway. Turkeys will be distributed to local charitable organizations and food banks, which serve low-income families in the San Gabriel Valley.
Recipients of donated turkeys include: Boys and Girls Clubs of West San Gabriel Valley; Asian Youth Center; Kiwanis Club, Temple City; Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States, Greater El Monte Post 10218; Potrero Heights Park Community and Senior Center; El Monte/South El Monte Emergency Resources Association; and The Church of Our Saviour.
