New Member of the Year
David Lamb of ActNOW CPR and First Aid has only been a member of the Arcadia Chamber since February of 2017, but in this short time he has already made a name for himself in the community. He commonly frequents chamber functions, often going above and beyond as a greeter. In his short time of membership he has already been installed as an Arcadia Chamber Ambassador. This honor has only strengthened his dedication and effort as he stands as a close second in attendance of events.
As a retired fire captain David understands the importance first aid can have when accidents occur. He first founded ActNOW First Aid and CPR because of his desire to make an impact towards the well being of his community. As well in response to the 9/11 tragedy where he volunteered as a responder and has seen the direst of situations where first aid becomes crucial to preserving life. David Lamb started his education career becoming a California Specialized Training Insitute Hazardous Materials First Responder Operational Level trainer. After this he further developed earning credentials as a CPR/AED/First Aid instructor. He has trained many different fire departments in HazMat FRO, but his passion now comes from teaching everyday people who may come across an accident in regular life.

Business Person of the Year
Due to her more than congenial nature and strong dedication to the Arcadia Chamber, Rosa Jaime of the Four Seasons Tea Room has been awarded this year’s Business Person of the Year. It could be very well be believed that Rosa would have a very promising career in teaching courses on hospitality. Her nature is beyond accommodating, she genuinely cares about the people she meets and does business with. As owner and operator of the Four Seasons Tea Room, Rosa leads quite a busy life, scheduling and ensuring the proper care of each engagement and guest can create quite a workload. But Rosa remains consistently composed as it appears her work only revitalizes her resolve.
The Four Seasons Tea room is a lovely restaurant that specializes in offering its guests, which include local residents and at times British Royals, fine teas, seasonal tea sandwiches, desserts and fresh scones that are baked to order. The Four Seasons is open for afternoon tea from Tuesday thru Saturday, as well they can accommodate most special occasions and group get togethers. Chamber Service Award
Jennifer Stone of Imprintability is quite familiar with Chambers of Commerce. Previous to joining the Arcadia Chamber she was involved with the Monrovia Chamber of Commerce and part of their Executive Committee. Jennifer has taken her past experience, “chambering,” as she coined at puts it, and presented to Arcadia Chamber CEO, Karen Mac Nair, these ideas in order to develop plans that have proved successful.
Jennifer’s slogan that, “You can’t be everywhere, but your logo can be,” has become so well known it is often repeated with her as she stands during introductions at monthly Networking Breakfasts. As chamber members have experienced her slogan is true to its word. Imprintability can take any logo or company and imprint it onto most any common promotional product. Coming to events guests will recognize the first distinction that they are attending an Arcadia Chamber event through the Arcadia Chamber Pop-Up Banner which is thanks to the work of Imprintability.
