Santa Anita Park, California’s legendary racetrack, will host their first California Wine Festival from 12 noon – 4:30 p.m. Saturday, January 25th at the Sunshine Millions California Cup. The event will tour the best of the Golden State’s wine regions, sample locally-brewed craft beers and offer a variety of artisanal food pairings to enjoy throughout the day.
Guests will be able to place orders from their favorite wineries at the festival, scheduling pick-up and payment at Red, White & Bluezz in Old Town Pasadena.
Featured Wineries Include: Over 40 wineries will participate including: Cartlidge & Browne, Chamisal Vineyards, Cline Cellars, Clos Pegase, Forefront, Garnet Vineyards, J Vineyards, Leatitia Vineyards, Layer Cake, Smashberry, Steelhead, Toad Hollow and Zaca Mesa
Featured Craft Breweries include Golden Road and Eagle Rock Brewery
Doors open at 11 a.m. Among the activities you will enjoy:
• Live music entertainment at each wine stop along the track
• Fans may place bets while enjoying the best that thoroughbred racing has to offer
