The Health-Wealth Continuum: Successfully Planning Your Future Begins Today with guest speaker Michele Farrell of The Financial Architects
About this Event
Medical bankruptcy is fast becoming a new crisis in America.
More than half of Americans today are filing bankruptcy at least in part because of medical bills, despite having health insurance.
That means, even with good financial planning, without a concurrent health maintenance and disease prevention plan, many of us will not thrive into our golden years.
The most common diseases are cancer, heart disease, diabetes, and lung disease. All of these have common risk factors that are preventable.
Come hear Melanie R. Palomares, M.D., M.S., preventive oncologist and Physician Founder of the Cancer Prevention Movement, and guest speaker Michele Farrell from The Financial Architects, talk about how you can plan for your optimal health and wealth beginning today.
“A lot of people, a little over 60%, are filing bankruptcy at least in part because of medical bills. Most of them are insured.”
~ David Himmelstein, distinguished professor of public health at City University of New York and a lecturer in medicine at Harvard Medical School
