Tee Off at 10:30am

Parking is in Lot D off of Rosemont

19th Hole Happy Hour begins at 4pm, including Awards Ceremony, 50/50 Cash Prize Drawing, and Raffle Prize Drawings

Event ends at 5:30pm

Get Ready, Golfers!

Here is what you need to know:

Registration begins at 9am

Tee Off is at 10:30am

Putting contest and breakfast will occur before tee off, along with morning cocktails provided by the Le Meridien Hotel and the Derby.

Purchase your raffle prize tickets and 50/50 tickets at check-in then peruse the prizes available and bid on silent auction items.

Food and drinks will be available throughout the course, plus games and giveaway from Hole Heroes.

Participate in several contests – closest to the pin, longest drive, and the Hole-in-One contest with the opportunity to win a Lexus from Longo Toyota!

After you finish play, join us at the 19th Hole Happy Hour, which will include a cash bar and appetizers.

During Happy Hour we will announce tournament award winners, raffle prize winners, silent auction winners, and the winner of the 50/50 raffle drawing.

Festivities should conclude around 5:30pm.

Don’t forget!! We will have a Best Dressed Foursome contest so come dressed to impress!
