Arcadia Celebrates America’s 250th Anniversary!
America’s 250th Celebration is on Saturday, July 4 at Santa Anita Park! This free, family-friendly event will feature live music by The Answer on the main stage and a local youth band in the kid’s area, free carnival games, friendly competitions, food concessions, community booths, and a patriotic drone show! Attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in a meaningful “Letters to Service Members” station, where guests can write messages of appreciation and encouragement to active-duty military personnel.
Gates open at 6 p.m. and the drone show will begin at 9 p.m. Free parking is available at gates, 3, 5, and 8. Pre-registration is encouraged for general admission and options to purchase box seats are also available via Ticketmaster.
*Prohibited items: No alcoholic beverages, glass containers, balls, balloons, bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades, frisbees, flags, kites, tables, canopies, coolers, backpacks, chairs or easy-up tents are allowed in the park. No animals other than licensed service animals.

Don’t miss the Arcadia High School Marching Band and Color Guard who will be representing our City and California during the America 250 celebrations in Pennsylvania and at our nation’s capital! On July 3rd AHS will participate in Philadelphia’s Salute to Independence Day Parade and in the 250th Independence Day Parade in Washington D.C. on July 4th.
