Arcadia Expands For-Sale Affordable Housing with North Village Project
City Council approved plans for a new six-story condominium project, adding 130 units to the City’s housing inventory, along with new commercial space.
New Case Management Team to Support Unhoused and At-Risk
The team is already assisting residents experiencing or at-risk of homelessness find pathways to permanent housing. Last year, 89 successful placements were made through the City’s case management program.
Small Business Grants Available
Grant funds can be used to open a new business in Arcadia or support existing businesses with expansion or upgrades.
Samantha Alba Selected as Arcadia’s Library and Museum Services Director
Samantha Alba will lead Arcadia’s Library and Museum Services Department. She brings more than 22 years of experience and has with the City for more than a decade.
Annual Health Fair Returns at Arcadia Community Center
Free health screenings will be offered, including flu shots (while supplies last), mammograms, glucose tests, and dental. Some screenings require pre-registration.
