COVID-19 mitigation practices including the requirement to wear a face covering & practice social distancing will be in place. Attendees will be required to complete a health screening survey and have their temperature scanned prior to entering the Boardroom. Any person wishing to speak before the Board of Education is asked to complete a Speaker Card and provide it to the Secretary prior to the start of the meeting. Fifteen (15) minutes total time is allocated for public comment. An audience member may also speak on agenda topics prior to the board discussion of the item. Under the Brown Act, the Board of Education is prohibited from discussing or taking action on any item not listed on the posted agenda. The health screening survey will be available in the lobby or can be completed online at https://screening.ausd.net.
