A. Audience
Any person wishing to speak before the Citizens’ Oversight Committee is asked to complete
a “Request to Speak” card and provide it to the Chairperson before the start of the meeting. Fifteen (15) minutes total time is allocated for public comment. An audience member may also speak on agenda topics before the Committee discussion of the item. Under the Brown Act, the Committee is prohibited from discussing or taking action on any item not listed on the posted agenda.
