On Tuesday, April 10th, over 50 members of the Arcadia Chamber of Commerce gathered at the ever-popular Mt Lowe Brewing Co. for the Chamber’s monthly MIX. Mt Lowe’s convenient location at 150 E St. Joseph, right near the Gold Line Station, make it a great spot for an after work beer. Though Mt Lowe does not serve food, they very often host a food truck, as they did on this night, with Sandoval’s Taco Truck serving up asada, pollo or al pastor street tacos, which guests indulged in throughout the night.
Since its opening in 2015, Mt Lowe has been a hot-spot in Arcadia and came from a personal passion for brewing. Beers are brewed fresh weekly and range from blonde to stout, with many choices in between, so there is always something for everyone. The brewery also hosts Paint and Pint nights, trivia contests, and Beer and Bingo, among other fun events. Games are shelved for those wanting to play, and kids are welcome. The brewery is even dog friendly, so bring your furry friend! Check their calendar for upcoming events.
The Chamber was also able to wish Arcadia City Councilwoman April Verlato a very happy birthday!
