Southern California dining landmark with its ‘snow-covered’ roof offers Prix Fixe Lunch, Dinner Menus
San Gabriel, CA, Sept. 30, 2022 – Clearman’s North Woods Inn, San Gabriel joins for the first time DineLA’s Restaurant Week activities, Oct. 14-28.
Generations of guests recognize the landmark log-cabin restaurant with “snow” on its roof at the corner of Huntington Drive and Rosemead Boulevard for top cuts of beef, the freshest seafood, enormous salads and signature cheese bread.
DineL.A. Restaurant Week is a 14-day dining event taking place twice a year to showcase Los Angeles as a premier dining destination while highlighting the diversity of culinary experiences L.A. has to offer. Participating restaurants offer special lunch and dinner menus, and guests may ask for the DineL.A. Restaurant Week menu to try a new dish or enjoy an old favorite. Advance reservations are strongly recommended.
Clearman’s North Woods Inn, San Gabriel’s three-course Prix Fixe Lunch ($35) and Dinner ($55) menus begin with a starter selection of its signature salads, soup, or chili with Clearman’s cheese bread.
Main course for lunch is a choice of Rib Eye Steak Sandwich, Atlantic Salmon, or a Petite Filet Mignon, and includes a choice rice pilaf, steak fries or steamed vegetables.
Dinner main course offerings are 16-ounce Boneless Prime Rib (new to its menu!), BBQ Chicken and Ribs, or New York Steak and Scallops – all served with baked potato and rice pilaf.
Guests can choose from Chocolate Rum Sundae, Key Lime Pie Tart, Orange Sherbet for dessert at lunch, and Chocolate Rum Sundae, Key Lime Pie Tart, Chocolate Mousse Cake at dinner.
DineLA Restaurant Week Lunch is served daily 11:30 a.m.-3 p.m.; Dinner is served daily all day – all dine-in only.
“Many of our regular guests introduce their friends to their favorites on our menu during DineLA’s Restaurant Week,” says manager Jonathan Brennan. “And we are introducing Prime Rib to our menu, a first for North Woods Inn! DineLA gives those who don’t know about North Woods Inn, San Gabriel an opportunity to discover what will be their own favorites.”
