February Heart Health Month
February is national recognized “Healthy Heart” month. Dr. Hani Sami, Internal Medicine will be having a presentation on Tuesday, February 25 at 1:30pm regarding heart health. It will take place at the Arcadia Community Center, 365 Campus Drive. Heart disease results in one out of four deaths in the United States. Dr. Sami will discuss three medical conditions that contribute to heart disease and ways to prevent them. Arcadia Senior Services provides this free program in partnership with Methodist Hospital.
