November is typically a month of Thanksgiving, of gratitude for the blessings in our lives. At Living Beauty, we try to focus on gratitude every day, the things, people and experiences for which we are grateful. Now, more than ever, gratitude is important. There are so many things to worry about, it can become overwhelming. We encourage you to take a minute (or two or three) every day in November and name the things you are grateful for, whether it is health, or work, or family, or even music or nature, and celebrate the positive things in your lives.
