Free September Landscaping Workshops – Upper Water

The Upper San Gabriel Valley Municipal Water District (Upper Water) is excited to host two free landscaping workshops next month! Participants will learn how to create beautiful, water-wise, and climate-resilient landscapes. We are also pleased to offer an in-person workshop presented in Mandarin.
