Upper SGV Water presents Smart Irrigation Month Home Landscape Contest
July is Smart Irrigation Month, and the Upper San Gabriel Valley Municipal Water District (Upper Water) is excited to kick it off with a Home Landscape Contest! Residents within Upper Water’s service area are invited to share photos of their landscape and their smart irrigation practices for a chance to win prizes.
