On Monday, April 23rd, Air-Tech, the most ‘trusted heating and cooling contractor,’ celebrated 30 years in the community with a ribbon cutting ceremony held by both Arcadia’s Chamber of Commerce and the Pasadena Chamber. Guests gathered around tables to enjoy freshly prepared tacos and quesadillas while networking prior to the start of the ceremonies. Pasadena went first, grouping their representatives with the Air-Tech staff to cut their ribbon then the Arcadia Chamber did the same and took a group photo with the fifty-odd guests who were in attendance. Air-Tech sits near the board of Arcadia and Pasadena, so it was natural for founder, Larry Rodriguez to decide to join both chambers and invite them to celebrate their 30 year anniversary. Larry’s son, Rod has recently joined the team. Alex Fish assists with online marketing, website upkeep and has been seen at many a Chamber event, representing the company.
Certificates were presented by Sandra Maravilla from the office of LA County Supervisor Kathryn Barger, a representative from the office of Assembly Member Chris Holden, from the City of Arcadia, presented by Arcadia Chamber Past-Past President Vicki Knight of Century Rooter, and by the Arcadia Chamber itself, given by Rod Salazar of Stubbies Promotions, who proudly commented on his friendship with the staff of Air-Tech, who he has known for a long time.
With 18 people on staff, including office staff and those in the field, Air-Tech continues to provide the best in customer service. They service cities throughout the San Gabriel Valley and well beyond, and they are here for all your heating and cooling needs.
Air-Tech is also hard at work on a contest for charity, with three chosen charities in the running for a $1000 donation via Air-Tech Cares. Each person can vote once per day for one of the charities – Pasadena Humane Society, Friends in Deed, or Five Acres.
