Assistance League of Arcadia Book Drive
Operation School Bell® provides two new paperback books, to over 1,000 students identified for services each year. For some, it will be the first new book they have ever owned. Operation School Bell serves the Alhambra, Arcadia, Duarte, Monrovia, Rosemead, San Gabriel, and Temple City School Districts.
Two ways you can help. 1) Donate new age-appropriate paperback books (especially chapter books) for students in grades 1-12 to our Donation Box located at Bargain Box Thrift Shop – 64 E. Live Oak Avenue, Arcadia. Open Wednesdays and Saturdays 10-1. (Hint: Costco has reasonably priced sets.) 2) Purchase virtually below. Let’s promote literacy together!
