Seeking motivated full time Real Estate Agents to close real, qualified listing and buyer leads. This is an expansion office – main office is currently closing 35-40 sales per month with 7 agents and support staff. Culture is important to us; we want to enjoy working with everyone on the team and we only add people as lead flow grows beyond current agent capacity. No monthly fees, no technology fees. Different split for team leads vs sphere/personal.
