Celebrate National Peacock Day at the Arboretum on March 25th
Save the date! Our 75th anniversary celebration continues with National Peacock Day on Saturday, March 25, from 10am to 2pm.
You’ll get the 411 on these majestic birds with guided peacock walks, discovery tables and more. There will be colorful crafts (while supplies last), DIY face painting for kids, and a complimentary photo booth where you can show off your finest peacock cosplay. No revealing or adult themed costumes as this is a family event!
In honor of our peafowl’s native India, the Peacock Café menu will include tandoori chicken skewers, spiced chickpea wraps, chicken biryani bowls, mango lassi, iced chai tea and more.
This event is included with paid admission and tickets are limited, so please purchase online in advance. Free for Arboretum members.
