City of Arcadia Senior Services Senior Health & Information Fair
Arcadia Senior Services is partnering with USC Arcadia Hospital formally Arcadia Methodist Hospital to provide our annual Senior Health & Information Fair, “Wellness Rocks,” on Friday, September 2, 2022. It will take place at the Arcadia Community Center, 365 Campus Drive from 10am to 1pm. Information booths and health screenings will be from 10am to 12pm. The health screenings provided will be carotid artery screening, hearing screening, vision screening, and bone density screening.
Additional free services are blood pressure, chiropractic, and more. Call Arcadia Senior Services to make an appointment for health screenings at 626.574.5130. There will be snacks, giveaways, and raffle prizes. At 12pm there will be an educational session with Dr. Karl Von Tiehl, Allergy and Immunology Specialist, on Seasonal Allergies and on COVID Outlook During Fall and Winter. In addition, you can purchase a $2 lunch ticket at the front desk. This program is for individuals ages 50 and over. For additional information, please call Arcadia Senior Services at 626.574.5130.
