Department of Consumer & Business Affairs Right to Council & Universal Access to Legal Representation Workshop
The Department of Consumer and Business Affairs (DCBA) will be facilitating a discussion and requesting feedback, ideas, and suggestions on the creation and implementation of a Right to Counsel and Universal Access to Legal Representation program that will be available to eligible tenants countywide by 2030.
A stakeholder engagement session for rental property owners will be held on Thursday, December 14th at 11 am.
