The Arcadia Chamber partnered with Foothill Credit Union on November 14th for the fall edition of The MIX! With around 35 in attendance, guests networked and ‘mixed’ in the lobby of the credit union, enjoying beer and wine along with a turkey dinner provided by Dickey’s Barbecue Pit in Duarte, complete with mashed potatoes, rolls and their famous mac and cheese. Monrovia Floral donated a beautiful arrangement to help decorate and promote the fall season. 
Melissa Alcantar of Foothill Credit Union handed out some raffle prizes to end the evening’s fun.
Some guests even got to try out Foothill’s ‘Blizzard of Dollars,’ a fun experience where play money is tossed up by a wind machine, giving the guest a chance to grab as much as they can. While this was just for fun, customers of the credit union who get a loan before December 31st will be entered into a drawing for the opportunity to win real money! Up to $1200 in cash and prizes is placed in the ‘Blizzard’ and the lucky participant can snag as much as possible and keep it. Rumor has it there might even be a $500 gift card tossed in among the other items.
