The City of Arcadia and the Arcadia Chamber of Commerce are supporting a new Go Green San Gabriel Valley Business Challenge of the San Gabriel Valley Energy Wise Partnership — a checklist of operational and facility changes that businesses can make to help save energy, water, and money. Participating businesses in the program, including Arcadia Chamber member DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, are recognized and promoted by the San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments.
The San Gabriel Valley Energy Wise Partnership (SGVEWP) is a partnership between Southern California Edison (SCE), Southern California Gas Company (SCG), the San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments (SGVCOG) and the 29 cities in the San Gabriel Valley in SCE territory.
