LA County Public Health Department of Economic Opportunity – Microenterprise Home Kitchen Operations Information
The Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO), in partnership with the Department of Public Health (DPH), is conducting community engagement around the potential permitting of Microenterprise Home Kitchen Operations (MEHKOs) in the unincorporated areas and 85 client cities of DPH. The engagement will be focused on brick-and-mortar businesses, particularly food services businesses, as well as the city clients.
They will hold an in-person meeting at Altadena Library on Friday, September 29th at 4 p.m., as well as a virtual meeting for businesses on Thursday, September 28th at 10 a.m. Below are the links to register for each meeting:
