Luis Cetina, Principal Government & Regional Affairs Representative of the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California will be the guest speaker at this month’s Government Affairs Forum at 8 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 6, sponsored by Singpoli. Centina is going to speak on the impact of the election results of the Water Bond, Prop. 1.
Luis Cetina has more than 25 years of experience in public service with the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California. For the past 13 years he has worked to promote water policy amongst the council of governments, businesses, chambers of commerce and economic partnerships of the San Gabriel Valley and Gateway Region of Los Angeles County, including the various municipal, state and federal elected officials of those regions.
Throughout his tenure, Luis has worked in an array of departments and capacities including Survey, Substructure, Civil Design, Water Supply Analysis, Bay/Delta Resources, Property Acquisitions, Annexations and Management.
