Matt Denny’s Ale House Restaurant will be formally recognized on Thursday, March 31, at the Arcadia Chamber of Commerce’s annual Installment Dinner after being named Corporate Community Contributor of the Year. The dinner celebration will be hosted by the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, 924 W. Huntington Drive in Monrovia. This honor is to be given to the 17-year-old establishment for its extensive involvement within the community by supporting dozens of local organizations ranging from Arcadia Seniors to Santa Anita Little League. The model corporate citizen also produces two of its own charity benefit fundraisers, the annual St. Baldrick’s Day event with partner Del Sol Salon and the “Bob Mac Classic” Golf Tournament, both of which have raised over $650,000 in combined efforts.
