Atrial fibrillation (also called AFib) is a quivering or irregular heartbeat (arrhythmia) that can lead to blood clots, stroke, heart failure and other heart-related complications. At least 2.7 million Americans are living with AFib. Join us for a Chinese language virtual Zoom Webinar with board certified Cardiologist and Electrophysiologist, Suzy Liu, MD from Methodist Hospital and learn the causes, symptoms, importance of early detection, prevention of complications, as well as treatments of this condition. 房顫（心房顫動， 英文Atrial Fibrillation）簡稱AFib。房顫是最常見的心律不整 （英文叫arrhythmia），屬於心跳異常類型心臟病。 發作時候症狀多元，常見的有心悸（心慌），頭暈，暈厥，氣短，乏力，運動能力和體力下降， 胸悶，胸痛， 下肢水腫。 症狀的程度可輕可重，因人而異，導致患者耽誤就醫。對於身體的傷害卻沒有區分，是中風的潛在殺手 – 三分之一第一次發生中風的人都是因為有房顫，同時也是引起心衰的主要致病因子。
