On Tuesday, July 12th, Embassy Suites pulled out all the stops and hosted The MIX, with around 50 people in attendance. Guests enjoyed the music of DJ, John Villa and his classic tunes, snacked from a huge plate of cheeses and meats, and savored freshly roasted roast with homemade chimichurri. Though this was a last minute change to our MIX location, Embassy Suites of course impressed. The hotel even pulled out a Polaroid camera and set up a ‘photo booth’ with signs and props, for a little added fun. Chamber member, Mt. Lowe Brewing Company also provided a few growlers of their specialty brews.
Embassy Suites is currently undergoing a full renovation and will be revealing their look new soon, but until then, one can stop by and tour a newly decorated room. Renovations will include all rooms, the banquet halls, restaurant and communal areas. Though they are the current home of the Arcadia Chamber’s networking breakfast, we will be moving venues in October and November but returning back in December to see the newly renovated halls.
