Nextdoor Kind Foundation LA County Microgrant Program
The Nextdoor Kind Foundation LA County Microgrant Program to share with your business community. The LA County microgrant program will award $500 grants to individuals making a difference in their neighborhoods and communities. There will be 100 grants awarded for a total of $50,000 invested in projects and ideas that uplift neighborhoods. The application takes no longer than 10 minutes, and we encourage you to share the opportunity with your network. Here is a link to the application, which is open until March 29th.
Ideas for grant applications include:
- Plant a community garden
- Hold a resource fair
- Community emergency preparedness
- Neighborhood beautification projects
- Neighborhood art projects like murals
