We are in East Pasadena a 5-star Independent and family owned shop with 7 bays and 10 lifts: factory accesses to dealer info, along with Mitchel and All Data. Base salary with bonus incentives / commission. We run a very tight, organized, clean, professional shop. We hold high standards in our diagnosis, work, attitudes, professionalism, and customer relationships along with work relationships as well.

Duties:
Confirm customer complaint
Look up technical service bulletins
Diagnose customer complaint
Look-up labor rates
Document & turn in paperwork
Communicate with writers and technicians
Repair vehicle and confirm / test drive
Keep work area clean all day and end of day
Stay organized
Clean and professional
Read electrical diagrams
Diagnose electrical issues
Program keys and modules
Diagnose and fix vehicle right the first time
ASE certified – a plus
Smog Technician – a plus
Alignments & Tires
Use various scan tools, Snap on, Autologic,SDD, Matco Maximus, IDS, etc…
