The Arcadia Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce a Ribbon-Cutting ceremony for new FootGolf facility and member, Arcadia Par 3 Golf Course on October 2, 2014 at 3:30pm at 620 East Live Oak Avenue, Arcadia, CA 91006. FootGolf is a combination of the popular sports of soccer and golf. The game is play with a regulation #5 soccer ball at a golf course facility on shortened holes with 21-inch diameter cups. The rules largely correspond to the rules of golf. The event will include complimentary food and drinks, and free lessons for their new FootGolf facility.
Arcadia Par 3 Golf Course, one of the hidden treasures of Arcadia since 1962, is an 18-hole par 3 course measuring 1,947 yards, with Poa annua and bent-grass greens, and many challenging bunkers. The course and the practice facility are equipped with lights and remain open extended hours for late-night play.
