The extensive wildfire damage in your area is causing widespread service interruptions. Many of these outages are related to the precautionary powering down of our infrastructure, while others are due to network damage.
To help you stay connected during this trying time, we’ve opened more than 35,000 out-of-home free WiFi access points for anyone in the affected areas. Please note that some of these access points may be unavailable based on local conditions.
We’re part of the communities we serve, with thousands of our employees living and working across the Los Angeles area. Our local crews, supported by our out-of-area colleagues, will begin restoring service as soon as it’s safe to do so. After power is restored, customers who are still without Spectrum service will proactively receive credits until they are back online. The daily credits will be automatically applied on your next bill cycle, so there’s no need to contact us.
