Theft, Fraud and Personal Protection: What you need to know to be safe. Retired Community Affairs Officer, Mike Vercillo, shares some need to know info at the Arcadia Community Coordinating Council meeting on January 4, 2021

Mike Vercillo has been an Arcadia resident for more than 50 years. During that time, he has held various positions throughout Southern California, including the Arcadia Police Department. Even though Mike is recently retired, he is currently the President of WUZ FUZ, a group of retired police officers from the San Gabriel Valley, with over one hundred members.

Mike is also an amateur history buff and while both living and working in the City has been totally fascinated with Arcadia’s storied past. Mike loves the out-of-doors and enjoys exploring the historical back roads of California in his 1972 Chevy Blazer. Mike is currently a member of the Board of Directors for the Arcadia Historical Society and co-authors with Beverly Street weekly articles entitled Historical TidBits about Arcadia.
