TOMORROW: Supervisors Holly Mitchell and Kathryn Barger to Host Press Conference for Consistency and Transparency on Countywide Ballot Measures

WHAT: Los Angeles County Supervisors Holly J. Mitchell and Kathryn Barger will join community leaders to discuss their motion calling for consistency and transparency in countywide ballot measures. Currently, Los Angeles County voters receive a fiscal analysis only on statewide ballot measures. The motion, if passed at the Tuesday July 23 Board of Supervisors meeting, will ensure a fiscal impact statement is included on sample ballots for countywide measures as well.
