Background on the LA County Rent Registry
The LA County Rent Registry, launching October 1, 2021, has been created in response to the County’s Rent Stabilization Ordinance (RSO) and Mobilehome Rent Stabilization Ordinance (MRSO), which require all landlords and mobilehome park owners to annually register their rental units that are located in unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County.
