Another ten new members joined the Arcadia Chamber of Commerce in April and two of them Union Bank and Go Gadget Repairs were present and personally introduced this morning (May 5, 2015) by Personal Ambassador Sylvia Ramos.
The members were introduced following the regular monthly meeting of the volunteer Ambassadors led by Chairman Rich Jones of the San Marino Tribune.

Every new member is invited to the Chamber on the first Tuesday of the month to receive a plaque and showcase their business. Here are the two new members who joined us today…
- Go Gadget Repairs is located at 918 S. Baldwin Avenue in Arcadia between Fairview and Huntington. Harry Kyin was in the house representing Go Gadget. Harry indicates that his business is like having an auto mechanic for mobile devices. They repair smart phones, laptops, ipads, apple and samsung devices. If you crack the device on your mobile device, they can fix it. If the volume is not working on your phone, they can fix it. You drop your ipad and the glass cracks, they can fix it. Harry indicates that outside of the mall he has not seen many mobile device repair businesses. He indicates that people found them even before they were officially open for business. This is indicative of a high demand for this type of service. Harry and team are looking forward to working with the Chamber and community at large to help you with all of your needs. - Union Bank is located at 1045 W. Huntington Drive in Arcadia. Phyllis Swanson is the Branch Service Manager and was present to accept the new member plaque on behalf of the bank. Phyllis states that Union Bank has been in business for 150 years! In 2013 JD Powers named Union Bank number 1 in customer service. In fact Union Bank is dedicated to providing excellent personal service to clients. They actually call their clients to warn them when they are overdrawn, so that they can come in and make a deposit. They also alert customers when there is unusual activity on their accounts. Phyllis indicates that Union Bank is making great strides with small business. They can assist small business with payroll, merchant services and loans. In fact they have so much to offer all of their customers whether consumers or small business owners.
