ASSEMBLYMEMBER CHAU TO HOST HOLIDAY TOY DRIVE & MAKE A DIFFERENCE AWARDS EVENT
SAN GABRIEL – Assemblymember Ed Chau (D-Monterey Park) will be hosting his annual Holiday Toy Drive and Make A Difference Awards event on Thursday, December 6th at the Hilton Hotel-San Gabriel in the City of San Gabriel.
At the event, attendees will receive an update about important legislation that was signed into law and the services and programs provided by the district office. The honorees at this year’s event will be eight outstanding individuals and community organizations from the 49th Assembly District whose work embodies the spirit of volunteerism and public service. Attendees are encouraged to bring a new unwrapped toy to the event, but this is optional.
All toys collected will be donated to non-profit organizations, for distribution to families in need, within the 49th Assembly District.
