THE SPIRIT OF GIVING THIS HOLIDAY SEASON!

Look no more! Foothill Unity Center, Inc. invites you to help us bring some holiday cheer to low income families in our local communities! There are volunteer opportunities still available for our Holiday Family Distribution Event! We need some holiday helpers to assist with packing holiday food boxes for our families on Friday, December 14 and  also with the Family Distribution of food boxes and Holiday toy/gift bags on Saturday, December 15!

We also have exciting news to share with you! There is a new process for registering volunteers for our annual events such as the Holiday Event.  This new automated procedure creates an easier and faster process for checking in and signing out volunteers at events. We encourage everyone to  use their existing Login Name and Password or create one if a new volunteer when registering online and checking out at the event.

If you have forgotten your Login Name and/or Password or need to create a new Login Name and Password instructions are provided in the Registration Login Window. Organizations must “Register as an Organization“ and enter the quantity of volunteers for your group. There will be a limited number of volunteers needed for each shift.

IMPORTANT: All volunteers under the age of 14 must have parental supervision.

* Thursday, December 13 – Pre-Set Up Day @ LA County Arboretum in Arcadia (VERY STRONG VOLUNTEERS)

* Friday, December 14 – Packing Day @ LA County Arboretum in Arcadia  (ADULT & YOUTH VOLUNTEERS)

* Saturday, December 15 – Large Family Distribution Day @ LA County Arboretum in Arcadia (ADULT VOLUNTEERS)

* Monday, December 17- Adult Distribution Day @ Centers in Monrovia and Pasadena (ADULT & YOUTH VOLUNTEERS)
