FREE WaterSmart Home Kits to Residents to celebrate Fix-a-Leak-Week from Upper SGV Water District
March 18th – 24th is Fix-a-Leak Week! To celebrate, Upper San Gabriel Valley Municipal Water District (Upper District) is offering FREE WaterSmart Home Kits to residents. These kits include over $250 worth of indoor and outdoor water efficiency devices to help residents conserve 20% of their household water use, which can also help lower water bills.
