Friends of Arcadia Library Holds Annual Half-Price Book Sale
October 25, 2021 – For the first time since 2019, the Friends of the Arcadia Library Bookstore will be holding its annual Fall Book Sale from Monday, November 1, through Saturday, November 6, from 10 am to 5 pm. All books, DVDs, CDs, and more, will be half-priced for the entire week. On Saturday, November 6, the Library’s auditorium will feature an amazing sale of nearly new cookbooks on all kinds of cookery, including international foods, desserts, breads, healthy cooking, and classic how-to cookbooks at half-price. A wide variety of books on crafting, interior design, DIY projects, and other fun activities, will also be for sale at half the listed price.
The Friends of the Arcadia Public Library provides financial support for Library programming and services through its fundraising efforts. Proceeds from the book sale will go to such important Library programs as the Summer at Your Library program for children and other early literacy efforts.
The Arcadia Public Library is open to the public from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., Mondays through Thursdays, and 10 am through 6 pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
