As the City of Arcadia prepares to replace a landfill at 12321 Lower Azusa Road near the I-605 freeway with a Logistics Center, they are beginning the an environmental review process with the following Notice of Preparation of an Environmental Impact Report. This alerts relevant State, federal and regional agencies of the proposal and that an EIR is being prepared, and to whom, where and when to submit their comments.
A Scoping Meeting is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 22 at the City Council Chambers, which is intended to seek input for the content of the EIR.
