The Arcadia Chamber of Commerce featured a special presentation on staying compliant with Human Resource regulations from ADP HR Sales Representative Nathan Hernandez at its bimonthly Member Lunch and Learn with food provided by Togo’s Sandwiches. Focused towards small businesses the presentation allowed everyone in attendance to get a rundown of the many different features of comprehensive and compliant HR mandates businesses must apply with. Small business entrepreneurs address a comprehensive list of various responsibilities, knowing whether or not healthcare options are required or any other HR issues can be a task to difficult to manage. This was an issue recognized by ADP which now along with their service of Payroll solutions also offers HR management in a number of plans dedicated to fulfilling the diverse needs of each business.
