The Arcadia Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Forum, sponsored by Expedia, welcomed its new Chair, Jack Orswell at the April 4 meeting. Jack & his family are 28-year Arcadia residents.
Government Affairs Forum sponsorThe Forum also welcomed Congresswoman Judy Chu’s new area representative Tommy Tseng who gave updates on Congresswoman Chu’s Women of Distinction Awards dinner to be held on April 11th where 16 outstanding female entrepreneurs, volunteers and civil servants from the San Gabriel Valley will be honored for their profound impact on their community and the world.
Also in attendance, was Assemblyman Ed Chau’s representative Olivia Lee and MAD Town Council representatives Linda Sells and John Nicoloro. Linda and John presented information from the County Board of Supervisors who have released plans to give Peck Road Water Conservation Park a major facelift.
