At precisely 10:58am on March 18th, cheers sounded after the proclamation “we are officially open for you” and the flurry of an 8 ft. ribbon fell to the floor. The Grand Opening and ribbon-cutting for Kyäni, Inc. was truly a grand gesture of welcome to Arcadia. The Los Angeles office located at 317 E. Foothill Blvd., is the first branch establishment for the Idaho Falls based health supplement company, an accomplishment contingent on the success found within this community. Focused on harkening the Superfoods of Wild Alaskan Blueberries and Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon into their products, extraordinary health benefits can be attained through consistent usage.
Kyäni leaders, local dignitaries and their representatives, and Arcadia Chamber Ambassadors participated in the morning ceremony that was attended by more than 100 vibrant guests. The celebratory mood was also a visual display as women in traditional Chinese gowns with beaded designs and men in their suits situated with bright corsages mingled with the various community delegates, their smiles reverberating across the room.

Each delegate stepped forward and was introduced according to their respective titles and responsibilities-their well wishes and messages to guests were carefully translated in Mandarin as to engage with the entire room and the dozens of media outlets recording every moment. Kyäni CEO Michael Breshears made it a point to thank the Los Angeles Chinese community for the surge of growth regarding the distribution of the Kyäni products. The potential of the Arcadia branch office is an exciting venture, an accomplishment not possible without the sales goals that have not only been met, but exceeded. He reminded guests about the 70 car rally to take place that afternoon, an iconic gesture of the company’s compensation plan to witness an intercession of white vehicles waving dual Kyäni flags. Kyäni U.S. Sales Manager Skyleur Steffenson stated that he had anticipated this moment for a long time and loves the way that the office represents the brand, an open and naturally-lit space with colorful images of their products displayed upon printed canvases. He thanked everyone in the room for their support and initiated a round of applause returned with sincere appreciation.
Certificates of recognition were presented to Kyäni CEO Micheal Breshears from the office of California State Senator Ed Hernandez, the office of Los Angeles County Supervisor Michael D. Antonovich, and on behalf of Arcadia Mayor Gary Kovacic by field representatives and Council Member Sho Tay. Chamber CEO Karen Mac Nair welcomed Kyäni to Arcadia, offering the peacock adorned membership plaque as a symbol of support and an inclusion into the larger community.
Continued success will be secured not only through the Chinese lucky number 8, a reflection of the chosen date and time for the Grand Opening, but also through the extension of friendship given to Kyäni this morning. The enthusiasm for the brand and the support driven network of the local community is a testament that through commitment to a goal, further prosperity is a foreseeable future.
