Several dozen Chamber executives, board members, Ambassadors, and member enjoyed a delightful Mixer last night, Jan. 14, 2016, at the Hilton Garden Inn, hosted by the hotel’s regional General Manager, Steve Tarn, Director of Sales, Stacy Rancharan, and Sales Manager Jason Casas. With Dance Syndicate DJ John Villa’s music setting a great atmosphere, guests mixed and mingled while snacking on an enormous cheese tray, succulent meatballs and other treats, including uniquely tasty soft pretzel balls with optional melted cheese dip, all provided by the Hilton Garden Inn. The hotel also graciously opened their new portable bar in the lobby for complimentary wine, beer and soft drinks.
Lifetime Ambassador Don Fandry and recent board member Joan Francone took advantage of the dance music to cut a rug to a couple of upbeat numbers.
Tarn, a young father who represents the Spartanburg, S.C.-based OTO Development hotel management of the Hilton Garden Inn and next-door neighbor SpringHill Suites, said the 124 recently-renovated rooms were filled with happy guests during New Year’s holidays with visitors of the Rose Parade and Rose Bowl. Tarn is also working on OTO properties in Santa Monica and Burbank and says a new permanent General Manager has been hired to start at the Hilton in Arcadia in February.
Whether you are looking for an overnight stay or just looking to relax for an evening, the Hilton Garden Inn makes the perfect place to do so. The Hilton offers a full breakfast menu to guests and visitors from 6 a.m. – 10 a.m. off the colorful lobby and lounge area where the new portable cash bar is open from 5 p.m. – to 10 p.m. daily.
