Arcadia Chamber of Commerce members and others gathered at the beautiful T-Neer tea room in Sierra Madre for the monthly Love Lunch Nov. 12. The elegant and relaxing tea room featuring more than 100 flavors of tea opened on May 15 in the heart of Sierra Madre’s quaint downtown (142 W. Sierra Madre Blvd.) under the ownership and management of Sidath and Aruna Kumar of Sri Lanka. Guests enjoyed the finest quality teas, sandwiches, desserts and heavenly cakes. In addition, the store offers tea accessories such as tea kettles, tea infusers, gift items and souvenirs.

Due to the holidays there will be no Love Lunch in December. The next Love Lunch will be January 28 at La Luna Negra. The award-winning Spanish restaurant, which moved to a significantly larger space in Arcadia earlier this year, after a nearly 20-year run in Old Town Pasadena features signature tapas, paellas, and other Spanish specialties. La Luna Negra is located at 21 East Huntington Drive, Arcadia, CA 91006.
The Love Lunches were created by the Chamber for members and prospective members who love lunch and love getting out of their homes or away from their office for a chance to relax and meet some new people and network. Attendees are invited to come anytime between 11:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. on the fourth Wednesday of each month at a different restaurant each time. Order what you want and pay individually.
