The Arcadia Chinese Association is hosting a City Council candidates mixer on Sunday, Feb. 21st from 2 pm-4 pm at the Arcadia Woman’s Club. The informal “meet and greet” entails a 5 minute introduction from each candidate. Light refreshments will be served for attendees.
