A little about me:
I am not sure about you, but I heard from day one how there were many strategies, stages and more than I can remember on how to build a successful business. The one thing I never heard talked about though, was what to focus on at what stage of the growth. It is not realistic to take on everything all at once. So, what should a new business owner focus on first, second, third and so forth, and what needs to overlap 1-3 to be successful and not get buried alive.
The goal of this Networking group is to help new business owners determine what is a priority in their industry or business to build to scale realistically. So please come join us monthly for a fun Networking group and to help each other understand exactly what it is our businesses need “right now” to be successful.
