Mobile Health Clinics will be in our area 11/4-11/10/25.
Services include:
· Primary Care – vaccines, labs, medication
· Urgent Care – POC ultrasounds / labs, ECG, wound care and other procedures
· Behavioral Health Care
· Field-based Medically Assisted Treatment (MAT)
· Reproductive and Sexual Health – STD diagnosis / treatment, cervical cancer screening
· OB triage and prenatal care
· Transition of Care (eg Verification of Disability (VOD), Enriched Residential Care (ERC), housing referrals, etc)

Besides our scheduled drop sites in the attachments, our teams are also conducting roving street medicine and can address referrals. If you would like to arrange for medical services for a person experiencing homelessness, please fill out the attached referral form completely and submit following the instructions on the document. If you have any questions about the referral process, please reach out to MobileClinics@dhs.lacounty.gov.

We would also like to point out that we also have several vaccines available at all our mobile clinics (see attached flyers for details on vaccines) for our unhoused population.
